Our Story

About Us

We were the ones who usually stood in the background – at school concerts, theater plays, and graduation ceremonies. The Technik-Crew: lights on, sound running, everything in sync.

But in the summer before our final school year, an idea struck us: What if we didn't just support but created something ourselves? And thus, Murmy was born – our first completely self-organized event.

On October 30, 2023, we celebrated the premiere of our first Murder Mystery Night. Almost 90 participants, a fictional murder case, specially produced videos, an interactive story, and plenty of suspense. It was more than a school project – it was the beginning of something bigger.

But by the second year of Murmy, we as a team started to think further. Murmy 2024 told a new story. More technically stable and playfully rounded, it was the next big step for the project. With so much love in the project, it couldn't and shouldn't end with the approaching Abitur of all the co-organizers. For us, it was clear: It had to go out into the world.

Today, Murmy is an interactive crime thriller that we offer for companies, groups, and teams – as a creative team building experience, as a game that brings people together, as an evening that is not easily forgotten.
